Junior Recruiter – HR Team (Casablanca)

Your challenge
You will join an experienced HR team where you will be supported step by step in the full recruitment process. You will help search, select and follow up candidates and learn how to run strong and professional hiring processes.
But it doesn’t stop there.
You will take on a role where you will:
- Actively source candidates through different channels
- Support interviews and selection meetings
- Follow up with candidates throughout the process
- Help prepare job offers
- Think along about how to reach candidates more effectively
- Ensure clear and professional communication with candidates
You will learn every day, gain hands-on experience and grow into your role as a Recruiter.
Your responsibilities
- Sourcing and first screening of candidates
- Supporting interviews and selection
- Following up on open positions
- Communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Administrative follow-up of recruitment files
- Contributing to improvements in recruitment processes
What we expect from you
- Around 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR
- Fluent in English and French
- Interest in recruitment and people-focused roles
- Strong communication skills
- Organised and eager to learn
- Enjoy working with experienced colleagues
- Comfortable in an IT or technical environment
- Empathetic and solution-oriented
